You just drink juiced fruits and vegetables for a set amount of time to cleanse you system! There are some recipes here too!
If you have Netflix I suggest you watch Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. It’s what inspired me to do my first juice cleanse and it explains a lot on how to get started!

I would recommend a juice cleanse as long as you are doing it for the right reasons and not just as a way to lose weight quickly. I do juice cleanses when I’ve been eating a lot of junk food for a couple months and I want to get it out of my system and need that extra kick to make myself get back on track. You can’t expect to do one and then eat like crap after and keep that weight off.
